Pricewise is an open-source Telegram price tracker for all your consumerist needs.
Concept
Never miss the window again. Some people I know (myself included) used to manually keep tabs open on items that I had an interest in and check in daily to look if the price dipped, and obviously keeping up this habit was difficult and resulted in a lot of missed sales and items running out of stock.
Pricewise watches the fashion items you’re eyeing and pings you on Telegram the moment your size restocks or the price drops, so you buy at the right time instead of finding out too late. It’s built for how people actually shop online: you keep a handful of high-intent items across different brands, and you care about your size, not just “is it in stock somewhere.”
Technical Considerations
Some key features of Pricewise include:
- supports most online fashion retailers, as well as Shopify websites. Adapters are custom made based on the site’s structure and request formats
- tracks prices as well as stock availability, allowing users to set specific targets for price, size, and other variations such as colour or material
- users can bring-their-own-key for scraping and AI features, such as protected sites or higher frequency tracking, as well as having agents search for items just with a description
